1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers (Refuse) (Roping-in No. 5) Award 1993.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employer: Manley Holdings Pty Ltd (Trading as Ezi Bins), 107 Kennedy Street, South Hedland, WA 6722
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the award made on 29 September 1978 in part settlement of disputes found in C Nos. 01106 and 01768 of 1977 and C No. 00225 of 1978 and known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award, 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 December 1993 and shall remain in force for six months.
