1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse)(Roping-in No.1) Award 1994.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) the employers listed in schedule “A” hereof.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the award made on 29 September 1978 in part settlement of disputes found in C Nos 01106 and 01768 of 1977 and 00225 of 1978 and known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award, 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 3 June 1994 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
