1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers (Refuse) (Roping in No. 1 Award 1996.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employers listed in Schedule ‘A’ hereof.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 2 April 1996 and remain in force for a period of six months.
