1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) (Roping-in No. 2) Award 1996.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employers as listed in Schedule ‘A’ hereof.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 20 September 1996 and shall remain in force for six months.
