21.1 In the event of the employer engaging an employee to do work of a class different from any class of work being done the parties shall endeavour to mutually agree upon the rate per week to be paid for such work and if agreement is reached it shall be in writing.
21.2 From a date to be agreed upon such agreed rate per week shall operate as if it appeared in clause 16 - Wage rates.
21.3 If the parties are unable to agree either of them may apply to the Australian Industrial Relation Commission for a variation of this award in respect of such new class of work.
