26. CALCULATION OF WORKING TIME

Regardless of any other clause, Virgin Tech and its employees will use any fractional or decimal proportion of an hour (not exceeding six minutes or 0.1 of an hour) and will apply such proportion in the calculation of the working time of employees who without reasonable cause has not promptly communicated to Virgin Tech, and they report for duty after their appointed starting times or cease duty before their appointed finishing times. Virgin Tech will use the same proportion in the calculation of overtime.
