29.1 Minimum payment
An employee who is required to work on a Sunday must be paid for a minimum of four hours.
29.2 Penalty rate
An employee must be paid at the rate of double time for all time worked on a Sunday.
29.3 Rest period to follow
An employee, other than a casual employee, who works on a Sunday must be given a break of at least ten consecutive hours between the time of finishing work and the time when the employee next commences work. An employee must not lose pay for any ordinary time lost by reason of this break.
