35.1 Entitlement
Employees on weekly hiring who are required to attend for jury service during their normal working hours must be reimbursed by Virgin Tech an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the base rate they would have received in respect of the time they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
35.2 Employee obligations
Employees must notify Virgin Tech as soon as possible of the date upon which they are required to attend for jury service; give Virgin Tech proof of their attendance, the duration of the attendance and the amount received in respect of the jury service.
