13. PROVISION OF PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

13.1 The employer will either launder or pay a laundering allowance of 88 cents per week to all employees so supplied. The employer shall make available to all employees with not less than one month’s service at no cost, clothing suitable to his/her job specification. This clothing remains the property of the employer and will be replaced as necessary.

13.2 Protective footwear will be provided, upon request within the first three weeks of employment. If an employee leaves his/her employment within two months of footwear being issued the company may recoup the cost of such footwear.

13.3 Footwear will be replaced as necessary.
