14.1 An employee, qualified to St. John Ambulance standard or equivalent, if requested to act as the First aid attendant shall be paid an allowance of $8.30 per week.
14.2 Where an employee, at the request of the employer, attends a course in order to qualify for the St. John Ambulance Certificate, the cost of the course will be paid by the employer.
