21.1 The following will be prescribed break for meals:
21.1.1 Luncheon - not less than one continuous hour between 11:45am and 2:15pm.
21.1.2 Dinner - not less than one continuous hour between 5:00pm and 7:00pm.
21.1.3 Supper - not less than a continuous half an hour between 10:00pm and midnight, where a performance is to commence after 11:00pm.
21.2 In no case will a meal break exceed one and a half hours.
21.3 If an employee is required to work during the time when a meal interval should be allowed, the employee will be paid for such time worked at the rate of double time.
