4.1.2 The conditions of employment appearing in Schedule 2 - Conditions of Employment incorporate the relevant provisions of the South Australian Government Wages Parity Enterprise Agreement 2001, the Land Management Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2003 and the Legal Services Commission of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2002.
