23. CALCULATION OF WORKING TIME

The Company may use any fractional or decimal proportion of an hour (not exceeding six minutes or 0.1 of an hour) and apply the proportion to calculate the working time of employees who are late when reporting for duty or who stop work before the appointed working time without reasonable cause which has been promptly communicated to the Company. Any proportion adopted must also be applied by the Company to calculate overtime worked.
