PART 2 – CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT 

7. CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

7.1 An employee shall be engaged on one of the following bases:

7.1.1 Full-time;

7.1.2 Part-time;

7.1.3 Casual;or

7.1.4 Fixed term

7.2 At the time of the engagement or at a subsequent time by agreement, the employee shall designate whether the employee shall be engaged as a Category A employee or a Category B (Continuous Shift) employee.
