8. DUTIES WITHIN SKILLS, COMPETENCY AND TRAINING

Within the framework of the classification structure of this award, the parties recognise the employer’s right to direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limit of the employee’s skill, competence and training and the scope of the award classification.
