This award supersedes the Transport Workers’ (Oil Companies) Award 1988 [Print H8839 [T0045]], the Transport Workers’ (Oil Companies) Award 1992 [Print L0306 [AW799690]], the Northern Territory (Oil Companies) Award 1988 [Print H8840 [N0014]], the Standard Hours (Oil Companies Award) 1974 [Print D1135 [S0099]] in so far as the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia is concerned and the Long Service Leave (Oil Companies) Award 1985 [Print F8412 [L0052]] in so far as the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia is concerned, in relation to the employees of the respondents to this award described in 5.1 of this award, but no right, obligation or liability accrued or incurred under the awards as varied until the commencement date of this award shall be hereby affected.
