14.1 Flexibility of work
14.1.1 An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.
14.1.2 Employees shall take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy and completion of any job or task assigned to the employee.
14.1.3 Employees shall assist the employer in satisfying any reasonable review of work methods.
14.2 Samples and stock
An employee required by their employer to carry samples and/or stock shall exercise all reasonable care to protect them from damage, loss or theft. An employee shall not be financially liable to their employer for such samples and/or stock if the employee can show that they have not been negligent in protecting such samples and/or stock from damage loss or theft or that they have not fraudulently appropriated them to own use or that they have not otherwise dealt with them unlawfully.
