24.1 Notification of rosters
The weekly and daily working hours of full-time employees must be notified in writing by the employer to each full-time weekly employee at least fourteen days in advance. In the absence of the notification, it will be considered that the employee is employed in accordance with a Monday to Friday roster.
24.2 Sunday work as part of ordinary hours
Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the employer and employee, an employee who elects to work Sunday as part of her or his ordinary hours is to be rostered off at least one Sunday every four weeks.
24.3 Change in rosters
24.3.1 Working times may be changed at any time by mutual agreement between the employer and employee.
24.3.2 However in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances the roster may be changed by notice of at least 48 hours.
24.4 Employment on rostered day off
Where it is mutually agreed upon between the employer and the employee, such agreement is to be evidenced in writing, an employee may be employed on his or her rostered day off at the rate of double time for all time worked with a minimum payment as for four hours work.
