16.1 All wages will be paid at least fortnightly by cash or by cheque or electronic transfer by agreement between the employer and employee.
16.2 Wages will be paid during working hours on a weekday mutually agreed by the employer and employees in each service, being not more than five days following the end of the pay period. The pay day selected, once agreed, must not be changed without mutual agreement between the employer and the majority of employees.
16.3 Upon termination of employment, wages due to an employee will be paid on the date of such termination or forwarded by post on the next working day.
