12.1 Where an employee is required to perform work under another award of the Commission and such work attracts a higher rate of wage, the employee will be paid for all time worked on the higher duty at the higher rate provided the employee works continuously on the higher duty for more than two hours.
12.2 For the purpose of this clause, the higher duties required to be performed by the employee will be all work directly associated with the application and cooking of processed food sold by the employer.
