AT809096 - Salaried, Professional and Technical (TransAdelaide) Award 2001 [Transitional]
10.1 TransAdelaide, employees and unions bound by this award, may establish appropriate mechanisms which enable them to communicate and consult about matters arising out of this award, in particular clause 9 – Award facilitative porivsions, which will assist in achieving and maintaining cooperative workplace relations and mutually beneficial work practices and which address industrial situations and assist in the prevention and settlement of industrial disputes.
10.2 TransAdelaide will permit a notice-board to be erected at each worksite to facilitate communication between employees and/or their union representatives.
