24.1 An employee will not be required to work for more than five hours without a break for a meal.
24.1.1 Unpaid meal breaks
The time allowed for an unpaid meal break will be agreed between TransAdelaide and the majority of employees in any worksite, department or section concerned. Meal break will be not less than 30 minutes nor longer than 60 minutes.
24.1.2 Crib breaks
Where an unpaid meal break is not provided a crib break will be taken in TransAdelaide’s time. A crib break will be twenty minutes.
