As we approach the December holiday period, we want to remind parties to lodge their agreement approval applications as soon as possible.
We are open over the festive period and will continue to process and approve enterprise agreements. However, we often find parties are less responsive over this time. If we require more information to approve an agreement and cannot reach the relevant party, this can cause delays in approving the agreement.
Agreements without undertakings or amendments are currently approved in less than 2 weeks. More complicated or incomplete applications often take longer. If you want your agreement to be approved quickly, we recommend you:

- make sure your application is complete and complies with all requirements
- lodge your application as early as possible
- provide contact details with your application for someone who will be available over the festive period, in case we need further information.
