The regulatory environment can be complex and difficult to navigate. We're committed to proactively educating registered organisations to achieve good governance and best practice.
We publish the Registered Organisations Education and Engagement Strategy as a planning tool. This document is informed by the feedback received through surveys and direct engagement with our stakeholders.
There's flexibility to ensure we continue to focus on the latest topical issues.
Our Registered Organisations Education and Engagement Strategy is for:
- officers and employees of registered organisations
- members of registered organisations
- registered auditors.
2026–27 Strategy
The 2026–2027 Registered Organisations Education and Engagement Strategy outlines our General Manager’s approach to providing education, assistance and advice to registered organisations and their members which will be delivered by our Registered Organisations Services Branch.
The strategy was developed following feedback provided by registered organisations and their peak bodies.
The total strategy is being projected over the 2026–2027 period, and currently includes a calendar of deliverables that will be provided to registered organisations in 2026 to help them meet their obligations. The calendar of deliverables will sit alongside the extensive suite of resources already available on the registered organisations page of the Commission’s website. A calendar of deliverables for 2027 will be published towards the end of 2026.
