- Select the type of permit – Fair Work or WHS (or All).
- Enter the permit holder’s name, or part of their name.
- Enter the acronym (for example, ABC) or part or all of the name of the union that applied for the permit.

On 23 August 2024, the Attorney-General issued a determination appointing an Administrator for the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU.
The determination also removed many officers of that Division. We are currently reviewing whether the removed officers who also hold an entry permit are still entitled to hold permits.
This webpage shows details of all current permit holders as at today’s date.
The results show the start and expiry dates of the permit. If you cannot find the permit you are looking for, it may have expired or you may have the wrong details.

Please note:
- Union is the name of the organisation of employees applying for the permit.
- Permit holder's name can be surname or first name, or both
- Both fields accept partial entries such as misc or miscellaneous.
- Search fields are not case sensitive.
