TWU regulated worker minimum standards orders applications (MS2024/1-3)

The Transport Workers' Union of Australia has applied for minimum standards orders to cover employee-like workers and road transport contractors who perform 'last mile' delivery work and employee-like workers who perform 'on demand' delivery work.

We are considering the Transport Workers' Union's applications.

We have joined these cases together so that they will be heard by an Expert Panel for the road transport industry at the same time.
