Who can use this form
Only use Form F46A if you are:
- an employee who would be affected by the order
- a union representing such an employee, or
- the Sex Discrimination Commissioner
Before you start
Have this information ready before you begin to fill in Form F46A. You will need to give us:
- your contact details
- your lawyer or paid agent's contact details (if you have one)
- the details of the proposed equal remuneration order
- the employee or group of employees the proposed order would apply to
- your reasons ('grounds') for the order.

Email your documents to lodge@fwc.gov.au. You can also send or deliver your documents to the Commission office near you.
What happens next
We will contact you to confirm we have received your application. Applications are dealt with by an Expert Panel of the Commission, who may then organise a hearing or conference.
