Introduction
When unions, employer and enterprise groups apply to be registered, or make changes to their name or eligibility rules, we must advertise that we received their application. We also advertise applications to cancel registration.
We do this by publishing a notice in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette and on this webpage.
Other notices are published in newspapers, for example notices of the date of amalgamation of organisations. These types of notices are also published on this webpage.
