We can decide that an application for a regulated labour hire arrangement order includes additional employers and their employees. We can do this if we have not made an order yet. Use Form F86B to apply.

Who can use this form
Only use Form F86B if you are:
- the applicant for the regulated labour hire arrangement order
- the regulated host
- an employer that will be covered by the proposed order
- another employer that supplies or will supply employees to the regulated host to perform the same kind of work covered by the proposed order (an additional employer)
- an employee of the regulated host
- a regulated employee that will be covered by the proposed order
- an employee of an additional employer, or
- an employee organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of any of the employees mentioned above.

Before you start
Have this information ready before you start the Form F86B. You will need to tell us:
- your contact details
- your representative’s contact details (if you have one)
- details about the application for a regulated labour hire arrangement order including case number
- details of the additional employer or employers, additional regulated employees and employee organisations, and
- information about how the additional employer or employers supply employees the regulated host, and the work being performed.

What happens next
You must send (serve) a copy of the application on all the following (except the applicant):
- the regulated host
- each employer that will be covered by the proposed regulated labour hire arrangement order
- each additional employer, and
- each employee organisation that can represent a regulated employee or an employee of the regulated host (that you know of).
We will email you to confirm we have received your application.
Applications are dealt with by a Member who may then organise a hearing or conference.
