Amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 establish new Expert Panels. The panels relate to the Care and Community Sector and gender pay equity. They will commence on 6 March 2023. Justice Hatcher, President has issued a statement today. The statement outlines provisional views on which current cases at the Commission might require an Expert Panel to be constituted.
