Justice Hatcher, President has issued a statement about how the Commission will deal with protected action ballot matters, including the approval of eligible protected action ballot agents.

The statement describes 4 new forms to be published shortly, with information about how and when parties might use them.
It also sets out the requirements that the Commission must be satisfied have been met before approving an application to become an eligible ballot agent.
