About the PGA

Date of registration: 7 November 1927
The organisation and each of its branches are reporting units for the purposes of lodging audited financial reports.
The governance of the organisation is vested in the National Council and the National Executive and, in the case of its branches, their respective Branch Committee and Branch Executive.
Elections across the organisation are conducted every 3 years. These elections are conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission.
