Guidance on the notice can be found on Guide to the Notice of employee representational rights. For more information please visit the Enterprise bargaining page.

1. Has the Commission granted a low paid authorisation in relation to the proposed agreement?

To which most would just answer NO.

2. Are any employees currently covered by a registered agreement that is between the workplace and an individual employee, and was made before 2010? These include Individual Transitional Employment Agreements (also known as ITEAs), or Australian Workplace Agreements (also known as AWAs).

Again, to which most would just answer NO.

Based on your answers, a low-paid authorisation applies to the agreement and the employee is covered by an individual agreement. Please download your Notice of employee representational rights below.
