Content Regulated workers are:'employee-like' workers performing digital platform work, andregulated road transport contractors.We will soon be able to set minimum standards for regulated workers and register collective agreements for regulated workers.We will also be able to help you resolve disputes, including about:unfair deactivation from a digital platform (for employee-like workers)unfair termination of a contract (for regulated road transport contractors).Our new functions will start on a date to be proclaimed or from 26 August 2024.
