AI and increased workload at the Commission

Yesterday Fair Work Commission President Justice Hatcher made a presentation to the Victorian Bar Association. In the presentation, he discussed AI as a driver of increased lodgments and its impacts on our work.

Justice Hatcher presented data about applications and the steps we are taking to address these workload pressures, as well as potential scope for legislative reform to help us address increased workload more efficiently.
