We are undertaking a final round of consultation about proposed paid agents resources. The resources have been redrafted taking into consideration feedback from the last round of consultations.
All additional feedback will be considered before the Paid Agent Code of Conduct, fact sheet and disclosure form are finalised. We invite and encourage submissions from all interested parties.
Submissions must be made in writing. Please email your submissions to us at consultation@fwc.gov.au by 9 April 2026.
We will publish submissions on the Paid agents consultation page. Private or personal information may be removed on request.
