We may ask an employer for a written undertaking to correct a small error or defect in an agreement. Our examples show ways you can do this.
If you need to provide an undertaking:
- Use the examples and templates on this page.
- Address the undertaking to the Member who is assessing your agreement.
- Ensure it is signed by all employers covered by the agreement.
- Email it to the Member’s chambers as a Word or PDF attachment.
The format of the undertaking is not important.
