Apply to make road transport contractual chain guidelines (Form F87G)

You must meet certain requirements to be eligible to apply.

Only use Form F87G if you are:

• an organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of one or more persons that would be covered by the proposed road transport contractual chain guidelines
• a regulated business that would be covered by the proposed road transport contractual chain guidelines
• a person who is a primary party to the first contract or arrangement in a road transport contractual chain that would be covered by the proposed road transport contractual chain guidelines
• the Minister, or
• a person or body prescribed by the regulations.

Have this information ready before you start Form F87G. You will need to give us:

• the applicant’s contact details
• their representative’s contact details (if they have one)
• details about the road transport contractual chain guidelines they are applying for, including:
  • the classes of persons in the road transport contractual chain
  • the work the order covers
  • what it contains
  • why we should make it.
