Who can use this form
Only use Form F87C if you are:
- an organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of one or more regulated workers who would be covered by the proposed minimum standards guidelines
- an organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of one or more of the regulated businesses that would be covered by the proposed minimum standards guidelines
- a regulated business that is included in a class of regulated businesses that would be covered by the proposed minimum standards guidelines, or
- the Minister.

Before you start
Have this information ready before you start Form F87C. You will need to give us:
- the Applicant’s contact details
- their representative’s contact details (if they have one)
- details about the minimum standards order they are applying for, including:
- the type of guidelines
- the class of regulated workers they cover
- the class of regulated businesses they cover
- the work they cover
- what they contain
- how they meet the requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009.

What happens next
We will email you to confirm we have received your application.
Applications are dealt with by a Full Bench or Expert Panel of the Commission, who may then organise a hearing or conference.
