The organisation has 9 branches: 4 in Victoria, 2 in Tasmania and 1 each in the states of New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia.
The supreme governing authority of the organisation is vested in the National Council consisting of the officers of the organisation and delegates from its branches.
The organisation also comprises a National Executive made up of the officers of the organisation and the Secretary of each branch. The management of the affairs of each branch is under the control of the respective branch committee.
Elections for office positions within the organisation are conducted by the AEC, and the term of office is 4 years.
