The governance of the organisation is vested in the Executive Committee, consisting of its Office Bearers and other Committee Members.

Elections are conducted each year for its Office Bearers other than the office of Trustee and the position of Chief Executive whose terms of office are 4 years.

These elections are conducted by the Austrlian Electoral Commission.
