The organisation is divided into various Council Committees.
The supreme governing authority of the organisation is vested in the Convention, to which office bearers are elected. Its elections are conducted by the AEC.
The organisation also has an Executive Committee consisting of the Federal office bearers and the representative of each Council Committee.
