Introduction
my OSHC has applied to change the Children's Services Award 2010.
Content
They have applied under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
They seek to vary clause 15.8 of the Children's Services Award 2010 to include a provision for calculating the educational leader allowance for an employee who acts as an educational leader for less than a prescribed working day.
