The Fair Work Commission proposes to vary the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 to incorporate the final rates of pay from the equal remuneration Order [PR525485] into the Award after the order ceases to apply from 1 December 2020.
As confirmed in the Decision issued 4 May 2021 [2021] FWCFB 2383] at paragraph [1235], this matter is being considered in a separate Full Bench dealing with substantive issues in case AM2018/26.
