The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (Australian Services Union) has applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

The Australian Services Union have applied under section 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009. They seek to address undervaluation and simplify classifications in the award.
PLEASE NOTE: On 12 August 2024, this application was stood over while the Commission undertook a review of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as part of the Gender undervaluation – priority awards review (AM2024/19 & ors). As identified in [2026] FWCFB 137, the Commission will consider the work value aspects of AM2024/27 separately to the priority awards review.
