Modern award superannuation clause review 2026 (AM2026/18)

We propose to review and change (vary) superannuation clauses in modern awards on our initiative to accommodate recent changes to superannuation laws and to update default superannuation funds that have changed name as a result of a merger.

The review has been initiated under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
