TWU regulated worker minimum standards orders applications (MS2024/1-3)

The Transport Workers' Union of Australia has applied for minimum standards orders to cover employee-like workers and road transport contractors who perform 'last mile' delivery work and employee-like workers who perform 'on demand' delivery work.

We are considering the Transport Workers' Union's applications.

We have joined these cases together so that they will be determined by a single Expert Panel for the road transport industry.

Draft order published for consultation in on-demand delivery case (MS2024/3)

The Fair Work Commission published a draft order on Wednesday 8 July 2026 for consultation.

Submissions on the draft order are due by 4pm (AEST) on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
