Introduction
The Australian Federation of Air Pilots has applied to change the Air Pilots Award 2020.
Content
It has applied under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009. The application seeks to vary multiple clauses of the Air Pilots Award 2020 relating to training bonds, hours of duty, annual leave and other conditions.
The Commission has decided to hear and determine AM2026/4 together with AM2025/14. All documents for the combined matters will be published to Air Pilots Award variation (AM2025/14 and AM2026/4).
