The Commission determined to join these proceedings so that these matters will be heard concurrently.

| AM2026/10 | The Health Services Union, Transport Workers Union, Australian Workers' Union, Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association, United Workers' Union and Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation have applied to vary vehicle allowances in 27 awards. These applications are supported by the Australian Council of Trade Unions. Applications have been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009. |
| AM2026/11 | The United Firefighters' Union of Australia has applied to vary vehicle allowances in the Fire Fighting Industry Award 2020. This application has been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009. |
An Amended Notice of listing was published on 15 April 2026 for an urgent hearing on 16 April 2026.
