Applications
FAAA application (AM2025/8)
In May 2025 the Flight Attendants' Association of Australia applied under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009. Their application asks us to change multiple clauses and the classification structure in the Award to address alleged gender-based undervaluation.
TWUA application (AM2026/3)
In February 2026 the Transport Workers' Union of Australia applied under section 158 of the Fair Work Act. Their application asks us to change multiple clauses, including those relating to duty hours, minimum rates, meal breaks, and annual leave loading.
